Well, for starters, this is a role-playing forum. I'm not sure what you expect to be told here, other than to read the rules...and then submit a character to be read and approved or denied by myself.
Original characters and canon characters are both accepted here, but canons will be harder to get accepted on account of me having standards for them though.
